Here in Georgia we are 'non-judicial' meaning the bank does not have to go to court to foreclose.

I live in South Georgia and would prefer someone who I can see & touch but I understand that the chances of that is fairly low.

While fast foreclosure states like Texas, Arizona and Georgia will always draw premium pricing, they may not be the best markets for your bottom line as an investor.

By the way, I was also from Georgia and my parents still live there!
