Tax advantages are a concern for me as well.

I have a person that mails for me, and a phone service that takes the calls 24/7 - a human answers, not a "pls leave message" type of system.  

I randomly have thoughts about stopping my 401k with my employer and saving that money to put towards buying another deal, then I realize that would be stupid (for me).Every employer is different, but if I put in 6%, they put in 7.5.

I have the required forms and application ready to go for the exam.  

Action steps for me in your position would be; 1. add a profile picture 2. make my account a pro account for credibility and ability to market in the marketplace 3. post on bigger pockets 25 times a day for a month straight 4. check out my house deals . com 5. start going to real estate meetings from meet up . com 

Apparently Bert sent Clayton 2 for me to look at, one of which was "sold" In less than 24 hours, the other of which didn't fit my criteria--I haven't heard from them again and it's been almost a month.I hope this adds to the conversation and gives pause to other newbie investors such as myself.

A new LLC was formed for each property, a few investors would split the deal and the developer would manage. 

Every time I look at my Mint account I am amazed at what real estate has done for me! 

Not looking for any one to do anything for me just would like to talk with someone who has been successful using this technique.

Just keep doing what you are doing, which is your own DD even when you have professionals involved because, speaking for me personally, I can always learn so hire someone willing to look and review what your DD has revealed as well.
