It is a complex transaction and realtors have the necessary training and expertise to get you through the deal safely and profitably.

I only have about $25K for a down payment so I was hoping to keep property costs at about $100K so that I could divert the PMI.Also, thank you for the tips, I'll look for a 2 bedroom since it's much more marketable or at least a 1 bedroom where I may be able to convert it to a 2 bedroom.
