Please allow me to explain.I show this:ALL-THE-TIMEEVERYONE gets tired of me showing my resultsYET I constantly see people asking questions on how to get leads how to be successful, and when I tell them how... they say "other than SEO"... and I am like WTFF?!

Not a tired landlord, more like he's a loser. 

Scott I got tired of is this legal or not  IE marketing properties exactly like a broker would do that you dont own.. you know e mail blasts website .. saying your only selling a contract etc. 

That will discourage some of the tire kickers (time wasters) and encourage the rehabbers and handyman types you're looking for.Good luck!

I am tired of people thinking they can work 40 hours in untrained jobs and make a living wage.

@Amanda Jarrett May be you already tired/thought about like some incentives like half-a-month rent free, free internet, etc.

The new tenant did say she showered and/or took a bath daily and that it’s gotten bigger every time she’s got out of the tub.I spoke with a friend and she said her child had caused something similar when he was bathed in the tub and water would spill over (and she was too tired to clean it up). 

I grew tired of answering basic questions on his behalf.   

It has been interesting to listen to my West Coast Progressive friends start to tire of rampant crime.
