Being laid off and not working led to depression and feeling like less of a man and she didn't understand.. since then she has became very insecure and very jealous.. i have to walk with my head down when we go to stores so she dont think im looking at other females.. and i have begged her to support me and start learning about investing with me but she wont.. i want a better life im tired of the life ive been living for the past 35 years and i know real estate can give me a better one.. has anyone else been in this position?

Also consider mortgage forbearance on your property so that you wont be in bad standing with your financing/mortgage company.

It's almost like your insurance company is saying they wont insure you because you have Windows 10.

Likely, if I buy a home here, I wont be able to generate enough cash flow from renting it out to continue buying new real estate anytime soon.

Unfortunately I can't go without a source of income, and I don't want to go back to any other w2 job that wont help me get to where we want to be.That brings me to being a real estate agent. 

Problem is the county regulations are strict on listed occupancy per bedroom and wont allow for non conforming rooms to be listed as bedrooms or additional occupancy.

I have never needed to go into the details about civil judgments and how you will protect your rights.Bottom line- I have found that if you do not slack off on your vetting and criteria- then the tenant sees that you are handling this professionally and you will not suffer fools.

Again, the projects will slow or stop, but may pick up again some years later.I'm pretty conservative in my investments, so I stay away from areas like this, but there are lots of more adventurous (or desperate) people who will take more risk and suffer the losses in return for some big profits. 

I wanted something with a good amount of universities and hospitals, relatively close to NYC, and a blue collar economy that might not suffer as much from suburban flight due to covid.
