Unable to upgrade and Pay for unlimited use. 

Again, this is a question more for me, than the OP, but I know that our house is in the "upper income" part of our historic district, so it's been very well cared for and upgraded fairly frequently over the years...yet we had to get stuff fixed / cleared / upgraded prior to the bank approving our loan....Just something to think about...

I'd like a place where I can put in some upgrades (do some of the work myself) and opportunity for appreciation.I see this place as having some potentials.

It helps that I love the adventure and challenges that this profession offers, I love getting the chance to form connections with people that will be beneficial for the both of us, and I love getting to upgrade and improve people's lives while beautifying the planet as well. 

I definitely appreciate your encouragement as well as advice, I definitely will explore through this brilliantly systematic community to receive all of the potential it has to offer, I'm actually deciding on upgrading to the pro edition to get a even further in depth experience but until then I'm overwhelmed and definitely excited with all of the support I've been recieving so far, thanks Jon!!
