There is money to be made in every cycle and to use the buying opps of 09 to 2011 as the only time you could get REAL deals or GOOD deals does not make a lot of sense.. for those that pounced yes they got great deals.. for those that we too afraid to pull the trigger or were messed up with pre crash assets and could not pull the trigger they kind of missed out on that opportunity however that does not mean we can't all find good to adequate deals today...

@Brandon Barnic Has the depth to groundwater dropped so you don't have the available water volume, is the well dry, or are you not getting the gallons per minute.
