I would make a flyer up and send it to all the local big business HR or travel department.

I started working in Clinical Engineering (fixing medical electronics at a hospital) while I was still in high school and stayed on full time when I graduated.  

I had an unpredictable bad medical issue make me find bigger pockets about 20 months ago when I was medical recovering and spending a lot of time at home.  

There is a great medical district with numerous hospitals, we have a # of colleges nearby, and the quite a few businesses moving in and around FW.

The mid-week overnight business traveler who stays one night?

I have been a shorter term consultant in international development, traveling internationally with every assignment and doing between 4-6 a year; but during the purchase of the duplex was in transition to a full-time overseas based W-2 job with an intention of using the 200% jump in my income (including the tax savings from being out of the country) to invest in cash flow. 

At this point, I have a modest resident salary and a host of medical school debt.

Its a saturated market but approached the right way will attract business travelers year round.

And you won't get one without a court order.If I do make $40-$50 million doing what I do, rest assured I will have a training course and a shelf of books for sale and a traveling guru seminar and I will most certainly mightily and righteously insist in all of them that my success was all thanks to pulling myself up by my own bootstraps through taking the right risks, a good attitude, leveraging competitive advantages, AND OF COURSE HARD WORK.Because hard work will set you free, or as it was once put in German, "Arbeit macht frei."

Through research and travel, what I realized is there are many areas in the world that I would be open to living that are much cheaper than NYC or much of America.
