They called me and said there was an issue with the toilet. however, theres a handyman in the house and they said they can fix it no problem. they replaced a piece and put it in without any issue. i will reimburse them for the piece they had to buy to fix it. 

Do you want to fix that leaky toilet, or do you have a handyman that can do it?

A lot of the international leads don't pan out, and a lot of Realtors end up investing a lot of time and make no money.

You can shoot for ultimate zoning density, but if you have no way to flush the toilets you're dead in the water, no pun intended.

Running toilets can dramatically increase the water usage.  

I had looked at several multi families that didn't pan out.

The new condo probably won't have much of these int eh beginning but toilets and drains still clog in new buildings.

And I also agree that the margins seem pretty slim, particularly if the resale price does not pan out or the borrower declares BK.

Its like having children who cant wash their close, change the empty toilet roll or change a light bulb without calling the landlord.
