Although still actively licensed since 1998, I left the real estate profession in 2007 for another career.

With the end of my current full time job in site, I figured it'd be a good time to start the foundation work for a full time career in Real Estate. 

My goal is to soak up as much knowledge as I can from all of you so I can pursue a career in real estate.

Our income together - we do not produce a lot of savings yet - as my real estate career is new - and living in Cali is not cheap!
