If a seller would object and say their house is perfect/great, I usually respond saying "yes, your house may be in great condition but the kitchen/bathroom style may be outdated and the paint job/flooring might be old as well compared to what new homeowners are looking for".

One option would be to live in fha style first year is probably the best semi traditional way .

I thought the same applied to the metro DC area,that many of the commuters desired more affordable space and a slightly different life style. 

Study the comps if you can see what other homes are selling for in the area of similar style homes.

I do like his style, attention to detail (transactions to family members hadn't been mentioned here, hmmmm, maybe not, amortization, balloon notes, etc.).

Am seriously looking at renting out single rooms, student style housing, only not for students.

Green is almost invisible against a lawn. 4x4 posts with 2x4 stringers and a varied styles and dimensional lumber as a cap rail looks decent, green wire looks like it is set into a frame in each section.
