Going over to the Tamaulipas state might be tricky given how rough it is, but it's got great location, and if we ever get a more common sense drug policy, and things calm down there, it'll be worth much more.

In regards to the specific property in Torrance you were looking at, that's a new construction next to a Jiffy Lube and across the street from an oil refinery.

Many times the LLC is named the street address of the property to make it easier to keep track.

With no one in overall charge, not every tenant pulls in the pails in the morning, on windy days, the empty pails would blow over the neighbors sidewalk, or halfway up the street, causing traffic problems.

Looking at a deal in Old Dayton, that I’m hoping to house hack, just wish I knew more about the neighborhood.. 10 minutes from downtown, Main Street is Salem Ave. 

So you would have to find out during monthly maintenance inspections for leaky faucets and toilets etc.If you have  super high water bill then the main going to the street could be leaking or something else.
