mod=rss_whats_news_usan article from the wall street journal about the troubles coming around the corner for commercial real estate.I personally think this will be the best time to buy commercial properties, not random speculative buying but purchase properties with strong income that are way under valued.

If you hunt down good deals you might get a fixer upper and get going (if your skills are good to do light fixing, painting, applis).I would say Mia Beach is a highly speculative place due to it's amazing tourist attraction and a lot of festivals happening all the time.Look at below numbers.

Hi Jennifer,I did not do anything yet....just speculating right now (wanting to do this)....I of course would have an out clause of financing and inspecting...my question is, is it fine and is it the norm to go into a contract hoping to flip it but not being able to honor the contract f I don't find an assignee...if not what other ways is this done...any ideas as well would help as I am new to this.Thanks
