We’d have a subsidized tenant, so at least collecting a majority of the rent, and I understand that these tenants usually stay longer.I know there is bureaucracy with Section 8 but can out up with that.

We are all in on assisted living - these homes are so much more needed and in a protected class that once licensed, they’re usually grandfathered in forever.

More often than not, I'm speaking to someone who isn't in a rush to fund a deal so time is typically available to have a handful of calls, perhaps meet for coffee although a face-to-face is nice but not a requirement.     

Also, I normally try not to call out people or pick fights on social media, but please do not refi your loans into DSCRs thinking this will fix the problem.
