I found some of his "advisor" series books to be pretty good, though mostly not written by Kiyosaki himself.  

I am an Alaskan resident living in Virginia with a Virginia based single member LLC and a foreign LLC in Ohio.

Why do you need to set up the LLC at all.

All three are members of the LLC that is on title.
