A Limited Liability Company is a corporate form with a separate legal identity.  

Many counties have separate systems for the tax assessor.All these systems have a learning curve.

The apartment complex is separately metered so one of our first order of business is to assign the cost of water over to the tenants.

The workshop/garage has gas, electric, water & sewer running to it all metered as part of my home (Not separate).

monitor the gas, water, electric and door locks, maybe even cameras too, (cameras is what i do for a living).My utilities are not separate, so I'd like to monitor them individually, so i might as well make the meters smart.
