I would self preform approx 20% of the build.  

I am in the process of retiring form the land lording game so I only have about 8 of them left . and I self manage them. they were some of my very best rentals ever. 

If you are wholesaling, you must disclose you are a licensed realtor and self representing.

Both good advice and bad advice are buried in the remaining 80% of the overall word count, which consists of outright fiction liberally sprinkled with self-promotion.So, yeah, there is some good stuff in there.  

This became a popular theory here in Fl a few years ago, not surprisingly heavily promoted by foreclosure defense attorneys drumming up more clients.  

It is more about character and self determination than inner "stories" that would almost never materialize...

Actually it's 5.5, not 5.1.....I have great credit but low income, as i am self employed.guess I'll go with it if i cant find better.

So I'm interested in getting a self storage unit just wanted to know if anyone had experience in owning one.
