Thx for the reminder! 

Every Monday I would get a letter on my door from base housing reminding me that per base housing requirements no leaves can be present in front yard.So for a whole year I removed leaves from my front yard not just on Sunday but all week. 

Thank you for the reminder on staying away from lower-end investments...

In a perfect world ppl would have to sign a doc that reminds them that it only takes one a$$hole to come along and demo out "old things" to lose them forever and rob future generations from seeing and appreciating how things look like back in the day. 

I have a friend who has done very well wholesaling land but he did tell us that builders are slow and need to be reminded of things. 

If you don't see any action, send one reminder a week prior to the deadline.

If your property has an application and they haven’t applied yet - please let me know and I’ll remind them to apply!

The country not being in a responsible fiscal position is good incentive to reassess your own financial and portfolio health and a strong reminder that we likely shouldn't rely on anyone or any expectations for our own financial independence and sovereignty. 

My in-laws remind me of this all the time! 

It's such a good reminder that real estate is for the long term!
