If rents go low enough Section-8 will abound.Take a drive up above Central Park a way and you can see some areas that were once the Path of Progress and now have fallen into disrepair and it's brethren "Crime" and "Drugs".Do I think NYC will see this disaster--NO.

My truer sentiment is simply that I support progressive taxation -- "progressive" not meaning "liberal," but "progressive" meaning that higher earners progressively pay a larger percentage of their income to taxes.Before anybody hits me with a ridiculous slippery slope rebuttal, let me say that I do believe all policy should be within reason.
