The amended 83.67 now allows the removal of personal property if the manager takes possession of the unit by “recovery of possession of the dwelling unit due to the death of the last remaining resident in accordance with 83.59(3) (d)”.

If rents go low enough Section-8 will abound.Take a drive up above Central Park a way and you can see some areas that were once the Path of Progress and now have fallen into disrepair and it's brethren "Crime" and "Drugs".Do I think NYC will see this disaster--NO.

My truer sentiment is simply that I support progressive taxation -- "progressive" not meaning "liberal," but "progressive" meaning that higher earners progressively pay a larger percentage of their income to taxes.Before anybody hits me with a ridiculous slippery slope rebuttal, let me say that I do believe all policy should be within reason.

We are both in recovery, so I know that he is on a good path.

The path of progress is running through West Center City (Adams Street down to Market Street and close to the Riverfront are good areas to invest. 

I've attached my property, it's still a bit of a work in progress and I need to switch out a few of the pictures, but the process at least has been started. 

I believe the Real Estate market is at an extremely high level now because of our beautiful recovery from the 08-09 housing crash.
