I understand that this may be market specific, but I think it would be beneficial for people to recognize an opportunity if it slapped them in the face.For me a home run would be to purchase a property at such a discount, that after rehabbing and renting, refinancing would give me my initial capital plus 15-20%.

When an in-state LLC is the beneficiary of a Land Trust, you have a legal entity that is recognized by the State (ie. the LLC) that can take action in court (eg. evict tenants).This begs the question; Why can't all of my Land Trusts, then, be formed in Wyoming?
