New to the forum.  I am a 45 year old teacher looking to invest in section 8 housing in states that have a high demand.  What are some states that i can start in?

So they are the source for property transfers, but local real estate MLS and title insurance companies worked to make it happen.

Dear all,Trying out a particular style of real estate investing for the first time can be a major psychological hurdle to clear.

I see that your also a Real Estate agent, what drew you to OH? 

Similar to cost segregation but based on real expenses instead of estimates.

And to be honest, I would have preferred Rodeo Real Estate but that's just me.  

In the past I have used a property manager but thinking of doing this myself.I was wondering if any other small landlords do anything to hide their real name and/or real address/phone number from tenants during the screening and leasing process.
