I have a few concerns/fears (my inspection period expires on Friday so I need to make a decisions ASAP) 1) The street, 13th Ave is a cross street that people cut thru.

At the end of the day, these metrics help us make a decision to write a check and are not an end in and of themselves.

Plan on failing a few times but decide to make more good decisions that bad ones and know that this is a marathon and not a sprint.

condition is not poor but is not excellent either, i just don't want to get bogged down with alot of nit noid items that come off my bottom line.

I realized the power of real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and from there started listening to every BP episode I could get my hands on (as well as reading any book that looked helpful).
