The primary one, I think, is that the simple fact that the agencies (Transunion, Equifax, etc) simply don't track you as a person unless you have a US S.I.N.

Update the whole process...maintenance repairs, leases, get a LLC , get an umbrella insurance policy if you dont have one (and shop insurance, don't just use your grandpa's old buddy Dan's grandson who runs the farmers agency you have been using for 40 years...am I reading your mail a little?

(the one title agency I spoke with said they didn't know how you would seller finance a home you have seller financing on already, that would create 2 liens and no one would probably buy a home with it having that lien already.)
