Hello,Last Wednesday I posted my house for rent using the Zillow rental manager (Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads) just like I have several times in the past 8 yrs.The first night I got a lead, but over the next day I didn’t hear anything from any other potential renters.Turns out Zillow deactivated my listing sometime before noon on Thursday.

Did you start out with a similar idea and where did it lead you? 

It looks like there is damage leading up to the third floor and what looks like hairline cracks in the paint that go straight down.

She hasn't paid a single one since she moved in, which leads me to believe she may not be paying others either.

Does anyone have a recommended source for motivated seller leads?

Hello, I am new to real estate investing, been doing a lot reading and watching video's and pod casts. 

That leads to fewer maintenance costs and longer occupancy.Each of those factors will absolutely effect the long-term performance of any property - not just a Turnkey property.Lastly, if you want to just cut straight to the chase about returns,  expect to lose 50% of your rents annually and reflect out over 10 years.  

I need some advice on some do's and don't and the best way to approach a few leads we are working. 

Can you take info that you read or watch on video and take action on it without any outside motivation or do you need some hand-holding to help you learn the transaction (learn by doing - kinesthetic learning)There are more considerations to take into account but for the sake of my limited time; I'm happy to connect with you on the phone to discuss further.
