Me and my spouse wanted to briefly introduce ourselves, our company, and share our ambitions with the BP community with hopes of learning more about how to achieve our short term and long term goals as well as build lasting connections that help and assist others in achieving theirs! 

Even with all the information available on line today investors seem to concentrate on techniques and methods, and do not learn the fundamentals necessary for analyzing  investment deals.  

I'm Ben from Lubbock TX, looking to learn and grow my portfolio through long term rentals. 

There's so much to learn but we'll make it work.

Unfortunately, charging by the hour would just create another problem - owners thinking they should only pay a PMC minimum wage rates, "because it's so easy to do".Owners don't want to recognize that property managers have invested years in learning what they do - just like owners have in their careers!

I’d love to learn more about investing in real estate and the upside it has to creating generational wealth and being able to help my family.

I anticipate this feedback will be helpful to the community at large, allowing us to collectively identify solutions to common problems and learn from each others' mistakes.

While you are at it, learn how to manage your properties well because a large percentage of investors lose tons of money through rookie mistakes with non-paying tenants, unscrupulous contractors, long vacancies, etc.
