My tenants just moved out after staying for a year and have apparently burnt the kitchen countertop.

I originally was looking to do a 203K loan in order to redo the kitchen, turn one of the four bedrooms into a full bath/upstairs laundry and waterproof the basement (plus a few cosmetic updates).

Where were the new roofs, new kitchens, new floors, new plumbing, new electrical, new HVACs?

I stuck to the modern theme - replacing light fixtures from Amazon, peel & stick flooring in the kitchen, and adding a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and walls.

All 4 units have laundry rooms or utility closets in the unit, spacious primary bedrooms, ample closet space, open kitchen & living room layout, stained concrete floors on main level, forced air heating, refrigerated a/c, individually metered for gas & electric services, and appliances included.

Fully updated electrical, plumbing, new roof, landscaping, renovated both units - new kitchens, baths, flooring etc.

It is a 2 story home with separate entrances to both floors as well as fully equipped kitchens/ living rooms on each floor.

So, gonna do granite counters in kitchen and tile on bathroom wall,etc.How do I know how much of a loan to request?

It is 2 bedroom, 1 bath that has a storage building in the backyard that has been converted into a guest house with a kitchen sink, toilet and shower set up.

If you are near a hospital then mid-term fully furnished rental may be the way to go... is there a second kitchen or is there a space to add a kitchenette near a laundry room or anything?
