Let me add that there are plenty of wonderful tenants out there that I don't mind giving a holiday thank you gift so what we give them is a nice thank you card for being our tenant with a candy cane or two.. something like that doesn't cost a lot but they know that it's a handwritten card and let's them know that they are appreciated and that really goes a long way :) 

So don't be expecting to stay in at peak season, or any holidays, because that's all your earnings. 

Chris Wood she was trying to sell it when the holidays started, the home is centrally located in the city.

With it usually being very cold in December here in Kansas, plus the Holiday season, it concerns me.
