Some will do formal interviews others will just tell you over the phone.

Sure - T&E people have their insider sources to check the title, but without formal abstract there is no guarantee to issue it (or so I was told).

Which I found interesting because I purchased the home for almost $15k less than what the county tax assessor has is appraised at and it's in an up and coming area.When I asked to see the formal appraisal and inspection reports that  is  when communication got scarce.

I would take the credit, close it and then file a formal complaint against AmeriSave with the CFPB.

I get grief from the community for harping on the practice because people want to believe something that sounds this good, but the gurus who teach this "creative financing" technique of subject to usually don't have a formal credit or legal background.
