Only if the separation is a formal, legal one with a property division already approved by a judge AND with the concurrence of your attorney.Otherwise your new properties will likely be subject to any future property settlement which may make you a desperate seller and the target of every wholesaler on this site.Sorry you are going through this...in your shoes it is generally better to simplify instead of complicating finances.No legal advice given, just someone who has been there.

Sure - T&E people have their insider sources to check the title, but without formal abstract there is no guarantee to issue it (or so I was told).

Which I found interesting because I purchased the home for almost $15k less than what the county tax assessor has is appraised at and it's in an up and coming area.When I asked to see the formal appraisal and inspection reports that  is  when communication got scarce.

I chose his program vs. some of the other names as mentioned above for a few reasons:1) Much more frequent 1:1 time with the 'main' name to help craft my planning and actions2) Potential partnerships with Todd or the other Masterminds3) His style is a bit more laid back which suits my own style as well4) I love to learn on my own and was already heavily motivated - didn't need the formality / overly structured training classes that I would have paid for with some of the othersHope this helps!

I get grief from the community for harping on the practice because people want to believe something that sounds this good, but the gurus who teach this "creative financing" technique of subject to usually don't have a formal credit or legal background.
