Would we still have the investment property tax given that if we plan to leave the existing mortgage in my wife’s name, and me purchasing the new home in only my name?

THe existing water heaters are in the attic and I'd like them out of there.  

I do not know what exists in San Diego.

Plan is to subdivide lot, sell a portion of the raw land, and rehab the existing house for a rental that we will hold long term before sale. 

Both need rehab as they are original, never been remodeled.There are existing tenants that are desperate to stay as they have been paying well below market rent for years.Any advise on getting them out?

We are thinking the cat may have saturated the wood by the vents.

These can include existing mortgage payments, insurance, taxes, utilities, HOA fees, etc that occurs during the Rehab period and up until the property is fully rented.  

That being said I just bought another house in Hubert that I am rehabbing and have another under contract in jville that will be a rental... so they DO EXIST! 

Hello Everyone,I put in an offer on a property and looking into getting some estimates from companies who can pour asphalt/cement in a 4,000 sqft lot to create parking lot.

That being said, I'm reading up on different strategies that exist that I might be able to use moving forward.
