none of my comemrical loans are reported and we might have quite a few at anyone time far in excess of the 10 rule. although I dont have but one fico reported loan anyway.. but when it did it was never a problem.

I'm bone dry on funds and I know hard money lenders or raise funds but I am unexperienced as is but I continue to read, read and read to learn but I think I'm now in the "over thinking" phase of my learning experience.
