I can't imagine other investors were so lucky.It's painful to watch all of my hard work be destroyed by a company who doesn't care.

NNN is a great way to place real estate dollars for the long term and enjoy a nice passive retirement.

What you have to watch for is the Occupancy Clause in the mortgage (HELOC or refi).

We lived in S Huntsville for about 10 years and really enjoyed all the shops and access to everything was close.

What I am actually trying to understand is how to evaluate a business and diagnosing any issues with it, while being able to understand what it would take to remedy and make it perform betterI watch YouTube all day and there's plenty about Real Estate, Macro economics, Stocks, Gold, etc., but very little in terms of business.

I grew up watching/helping my parents rent and flip vacation homes, and I have two properties under my belt--one was a success, one was not!
