Offer to allow them to move with a good reference (until now) and you'll pay the moving expense.Then you can go to the Housing Court and request an Emergency Eviction for Drug Dealing!

If you meet contractors maybe you could come in advance and kennel the dogs or put in garage or bathroom during appointment.Hard. actually city inspectors are getting hard nosed also about cats during yearly inspections, besides dogs and some required them in kennel before entering.maybe something to add to your pet addendum that they have a suitable kennel in the apt for emergency use and inspections.
