My wife and I have been investing in real estate for 10 years now, and we still disagree heavily on how much different aspects will effect value. 

So blanket action is probably not the most effective for anyone. 

If you think this won't effect real estate, i contend you are mistaken.

PMs may do virtual showings through FaceTime or Skype, but these tend to not be quite as effective as setting foot in the property.

What we are seeing however is surprisingly little effect at this point.

As with any correction, lower income population will be disproportionately hard hit, and businesses servicing that demographic will be effected as well.I was working in retail real estate beginning in 2007, mutifamily will continue to be fine, necessity based retail (grocery stores) will be fine.

This is in effect for all stays booked before March 13 with a stay night between March 13 and April 30.
