It is a very dog friendly area.

It took a month to clear the smell (she also had two dogs and two cats who urinated indoors) with fans, filters, repainted surfaces, stripped and resurfaced floor, and more.  

I pay bird dog fee's for those that bring me dirt.. don't waste your time on anyone who is not in the dirt or building business.

This will also be a dog friendly rental.

The city has also been investing in the area with the Tarkington Park upgrades (new cafe, dog park, small outdoor amphitheater) and are in general pushing to renovate the 38th and meridian area.SFH and doubles aren't really my niche but I can't help but looking at some worn down properties that would be prime for some BRRR in BT. 

If I wanted to work at the soup kitchen or the dog rescue, I could, if I wanted to work at the nursing home with my CNA Cert, I could.

Or if the guest brings their dog, and the dog bites someone off premise?
