And just to clarify if anyone else is reading this: buying an interest rate cap, while effectively buying down the interest rate is NOT like buying down the rate on your personal mortgage.A point on your personal mortgage locks in the lower rate for 30 yrs and the mortgage fully amortizes.

There are schools all over, including Wilmington for sure. https://dpr.delaware.gov/ has all the details on schools and requirements, typically the schooling can be done online and then the test is done in person at a testing center.

B is going through an eviction) The realtor said the main issue is whoever did the initial renovations cut a lot of corners and it shows when you go to the property, it looks perfect in pictures but in person not so much.
