Neither make the local politicians look good, and just furthers the sentiment that politicians are either dumb or are pushing a shadow agenda.

Buying cameras, hiding in the shadows in a ninja suit, playing keystone cop, threatening eviction... sounds time consuming, frustrating, and expensive and also a good way to create animosity with tenants.

I you can't be outside after dark, that is not a B neighborhood.I would look at crime maps that you can filter by type of crime.

Me, I would like to get my feet wet and shadow a wholesaler or an investor.

I really don't know.I know there is a lot of questions above but feel free to share your thoughts because I really want to do the right thing for them in this dark time.

BP allows someone like me, due to my shyness/ introvert spirit, to come out of the shadows, socialize online first rather than in person, and know that this business can change your life and all those around you.

Entertainment is a plus too especially in dark times.
