I use Cozy for background and credit checks to ensure the best possible tenant placement. 

This is my first time using biggerpockets.com's website and I've found the information on YouTube extremely helpful.I will hit 20 years in the Air Force in January but I've extended until June of 2021 to complete a deployment.
