@Ramon Pena Alvarado in addition to what has already been shared above, here are a few more items to consider:Management - if the park is out of state and you choose to use a third party manager (be extremely careful and selective if you make this choice) that will add another layer of expense.  

I do know, from having made offers, that I have had to sign numerous papers, including mold, pool safety, lead based paint, etc, and a lengthy purchase contract.

It's been a wait they are trying to get the title all cleaned up.Well today my realtor showed us a house in a great neighborhood, 2 bedroom, 1 stall garage (small 832 sq) asking $30,900 - assesed at $49,210 (foreclosure - Freddie Mac), we are going in at $22k for the house and it need about $10k to get it ready to sell but if we were to put carpet/paint in the house for $1k or so we could rent it for $550 easy and then do a lease for 6 mo's then finish it and sell it for $60k - do you think we should do it?

My folks didn't go the route of rentals...fix and flip was their strategy of choice.My youth was spent hammering and painting.

I think that the way the American people are basicly being forced to choose between the lesser of two evils is undemocratic.Why do the ideas of these canidates and the issues they address go unaddressed my the media?

Assuming its nothing buy sheetrock, paint and carpet, you're looking at $10K+ to fix that mess.

- eventually it will need to be painted (exterior) and new windows but for now - interior paint / flooring would be all it needs.Any suggestions on this...
