I feel like a lot of the experts are saying stay in cash and wait (Bigger pockets podcast last couple episodes).

I continue to keep working on my properties to make sure I'll be somewhere else for the next pandemic, preferably far, far, far the f**k away from wild-eyed crazies with no medical backgrounds who are suddenly virologists because they've watched an episode of House and know in their hearts they deserved better than the straight C's they got through high school.

I recommend starting by downloading the Concealed Carry podcast and listening to it as many episodes as you find interesting.

This is an interesting story, which could probably be a classic American greed episode OR the most naive Real Estate Investing story ever! 

@Gary Siver you're right, I might be a little high on my roof estimates, but in the episode I watched they replaced 80% of the underlayment as well.
