I started listening to BP about 2 years ago and got very distracted with life.

Life Goals--Own 15-20 doors by 2021-Become a success story within the BP family-Quit our JOBS by 2022 (w/passive income from investment properties and our real estate business) Financial snapshot for our purchase--$91k (1031 Exchange money)-134k (Cash and LOC)-Total=$225k to investWe are on a tight timeline with the 1031 money, so would appreciate advice on our overall strategy Strategy-As a seasoned investor, if you were in my shoes and with our goals in mind- what would your strategy be?

Live below your means for a while to grasp what you need in your life and understand the importance of wealth and know that it is not easy.Be mobile and ready to go to where things are happening.

Weed got me into the drug world it was a stepping stone for sure and caused me much grief in life  .

Hey BP community, I've always heard that whole life insurance is a rip off and my husband and I have good term life policies.

I don't like spend my life focusing on such things as checking new sales from Costco and going there at Tuesday because that's when you can get on 10 cents per coke less than in any other day.
