We just put a beautiful house in Garden Grove on the market on Friday and today received an offer from a local buying agent with a well known firm that he would like to hold open houses for us Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend in order to get a buyer and earn the 2.5% commission we're offering and that on top of that he will throw us an extra $500 for allowing him to do this.

Casey Peek I don't think I have 5% to put down on my loan for conventional loan at the moment unless my single family have equity to pay 5% for finance.
