I am looking to put together a list of properties in a Davis and Weber Counties in the Salt Lake-Ogden areas. I’m in need of a good list broker. Does anyone have any great recommendations??

In my town, there is a business owner that was being hindered by ordinances passed by the city council. 

All my properties are in Chile but in two different cities, glad to help in anything.

Just wondering why you picked Huntsville vs other surrounding cities.

I'm trying to lockup a house and the owner on record from the tax office is the original owner but i have another individual stating that he is the current owner because he foreclosed on the property in a tax sale . the thing is the tax office has no record of him at all and maintains the original owner is the current owner by the way, the delinquent taxes have a $54,500.00 payout to the city not to the person claiming to be the owner.

Does anyone have any recommendations for management companies that provide tenant services in this area of the city?
