One new consideration is what the administration is planning to do to the Real Estate and Death taxes.

Hello everyone, I am a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Stout studying Business Administration and Real Estate Property Management.

I have administrative/clerical experience to bring to the table in exchange.

The letters of administration confirming who is handling the estate can be obtained from the probate/orphans court.Even if you get what you have been promised, the funds aren't available unless the period for creditor claims has expired and all claims submitted have been paid or otherwise resolved.

If you have a property management company, like we do, then they handle all of this administrative work. 

The cost are usually broken down into the phases: Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), Bidding and Negotiations, Permit Filing/Municipality Approvals and Construction Administration (CA).

If so, the administration process has already started and the PR has been approved by the probate court.See also if a will has been lodged with the court.

The City Administration office referred us to make a claim against the contractor for lost rent, who of course has contractor's insurance.

The probate notice heading should read Notice of Probate, Administration of Probate, Notice of Heirship, etc,. 

I think we will split up responsibilities with initially me doing rent collection, book keeping and other "administrative" duties while he takes care of calls and maintenance etc and sure we will end up finding a happy medium as far as work load goes and this will let us learn together.
