The new age is "I want it and I want it now" not.... i'll buy this or invest that to get return in 20 years.... it that is all it was about, people will just invest in the markets the old fashioned way, or god forbid, just SAVE money instead of spending it.Any effective REI strategy involves strategic partnerships, money and work. 

We wouldn’t have very many Wal Marts or McDonalds then.And actually, investment property is very simple compared to running a Retail Store, a Restaurant or even a manufacturing plant.Real Estate investors really need to get out of the old fashioned mindset that they need to own property close to home and that they need to manage their own properties.

Both options are great, no sales pitch, just good old fashion real estate investing networking individuals.
