Grant Wieczorek There are cases where rent can/will be higher if renting to S8 (although that is not the way it's supposed to work).

Check the water meter when there's supposed to be no water running, is there a leak?

I have a rental property near several Universities in Pennsylvania and the town has an ordinance against renting to students.We have rented to students for approx 15 years supposedly against the ordinance.I understand government involvement with discrimination but have not seen this type a discrimination against an unprotected class i.e “students”.Does anyone know of any cases that addressed these or similar issues?

I also lived in LA briefly. so I suppose I've just lived in some expensive places, but SLC is cheap to me at least! 

For the same reason we are also replacing our old furnaces with direct vent high efficiency furnaces.Admittedly once a year we run vinegar through the on-demand units but you are supposed to completely drain & flush HW tanks annually as well.

What was suppose to last 5 days ended up lasting 14 days.
