We'd like to invest in Dallas Houston San Antonio however, it's just too expensive.Would anybody know about Lubbock multifamily investment?

Hi all,I am in San Antonio, Texas and I am trying to break into commercial real estate, specifically self storage.

I'm from eastern San Diego and it actually reminds me a lot of home. 

It's one thing to have an office in Los Angeles and another in San Diego... but it's something else entirely to have an "office" in Los Feliz, Woodland Hills, Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale (all part of Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for those who aren't familiar with those barrios).

Purchasing apartments in San Diego has a hurdle that is not present in many other markets due to the poor cap rate. 

I am ready to make my first leap, I want some friendly advice I was scoping and the prices that make sense are in san Bernardino ca.

That's how people did it in San Diego during the bubble/bust.

I will have to dig up old photos if I still have them but one of the worst was a dump in San Antonio where I finally got the tenants out and then went to rehab it myself only to find myself running out of the house to yack in the front yard from the smell of many pounds of dog feces inside the house.
