We did work with a very good attorney - Nicole Plank- who understands real estate well.

Probably best  to  engage with a  real estate attorney that  does this sort of work   versus   trying to  do this on your own

I prefer a luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring for rentals and they seem to hold up well.

I like to use luxury vinyl planks in rentals where there will be a lot of foot traffic.
