I'm back and forth in miami and for heights up to 36 stories in miami it is 25 million an acre. construction costs don't go up that much so pick your market and make the numbers work. gauge interest from your capital partners. if you Arne't sure partner with someone in another market and get to know it. happy to chat further

Plenty of other real estate companies struggling, they're not the only ones.Listen to Jim Cramer on CNBC....don't invest in companies that lose money.As I look back over the jobs I've had since I started working, I think you should pick very carefully who you follow and learn from.

I’ve heard that some agents will meet with potential clients to look at the property then go on a second appointment to discuss price and fill out the paperwork while other agents will give a price and push for the sale on 1 appointment.What’s your listing process?
