When you do million dollars deals and closing is done virtually (which one side picked as part of their terms and that firm normally does their closing online) how comfortable are you?

I'm back and forth in miami and for heights up to 36 stories in miami it is 25 million an acre. construction costs don't go up that much so pick your market and make the numbers work. gauge interest from your capital partners. if you Arne't sure partner with someone in another market and get to know it. happy to chat further

I’ve heard that some agents will meet with potential clients to look at the property then go on a second appointment to discuss price and fill out the paperwork while other agents will give a price and push for the sale on 1 appointment.What’s your listing process?
