How to get a comp into the MLS
The house one door down was sold without real estate agents so it does not show up as a comp in the MLS. The sale is in the county tax records and it is the highest sale price ever in the community by a significant amount. Is there a way to have it show up as a comp for appraisers. The house in the other direction one door down also sold without ever being listed in the MLS and says for comp purposes only. This is an inherited property would like to have that sale considered establishing the new tax basis. it sold on 1/12/2022 if that makes a difference.
