Our tenant has put furniture on the front porch, hooked up a TV (fire hazard) and nailed shutters up to act as baby gates.

It's great if you need to get a message to a tenant but don't want to get stuck listening to a tenant for twenty minutes about how tough the economy/job market/baby momma problems are

So I would not throw the baby out with the bath water.

Right now I'm a baby at this Real Estate industry but with the proper knowledge and mentors in my corner that can help me I believe I can really succeed.

I can have that baby paid off in 4.3 years if I put $2500/month towards the home.

We've come to the conclusion that anyone who winds up in a shelter, is there because they are essentially impossible to house, so we only take straight Sec 8 at this point, and will not touch anyone who is coming out of a shelter.Expect that the woman will always bring in a "baby daddy". 

I am anxious to do so, but I have a newborn at home, so I've been trying to juggle my responsibilities : )

She doesn't share the entrepreneur mindset, I got her to agree to the roomate so baby steps to be able to show her that money can work for us.
